'To whom it may concern.' is an independent label, production company run by an artist collective in Sweden. TWIMC was founded by audiovisual artist ionnalee as a tool to create and release her own and related projects freely without creative boundaries and eventually grew to release other artists from different genres and art expressions. 'To whom it may concern.' does everything from production to manufacturing and distribution. we produce and release music, films, tours, and wearables, and function as a collaborative hub for our artists:
