all orders are currently dispatched from the UK or US within 3-5 days, based on your location, and availability of stock. orders sent to Latin America may experience heavy delays, we strongly suggest using tracked delivery methods if you are concerned about this. orders sent to Russia may experience delays of up to 3 months.

most wear items will arrive separately from other items in your order.

some countries may incur additional customs duties. we have no control over any fees that they may charge.

physical items can be returned if in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. they must be within their original wrapper (if received with one) and not damaged in any way. we do not accept returns on most wear products. this does not affect your statutory rights.
